Hi,

I am using Backup Exec 12.5 for Windows Server, I have an image B2D000001 for a particular server that was backup a few weeks ago. Now the server had been decommissioned, I had tried to backup the image to a tape but its the exact B2D000001 image, i can't expand the content inside. Any steps that i have missing? Please assist.

Regards,

Kwan

You should not just backup the .bkf file.  The proper way is: From the Media tab, right-click on the .bkf file and the select duplicate to duplicate the backup set to tape.
