Can not select certain options

All of a sudden certain options are no longer visible to me. When I open up my backup job and select tools->options->network the following options are not visible.

Enable agents using tcp/ip protocol
Enable agents using NetWare PX/SPX protocol
Enable media server TCP dynamic port range
Enable remote agent TCP dynamic port range

I need to troubleshoot some connection issues and have been advised to change these settings but they do not appear.

Any help woule be great. Thanks!!

The settings seem not to be available on a job basis but rather a global setting basis.
