Can't download SP1 for 10d

The link for SP1 10d seems to be incorrect. I'm using the Download Now item from the document http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/282818.htm.

I used the same link which led to a document then followed the DOWNLOAD NOW link that led to an agreement form. I selected I AGREE which led to PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND.

I also tried the ftp link in the above document but could not browse to the Service Pack - received error access denied.

You are not the only one who has had problems. Symantec seems to be having intermittent problems with their WEB site and downloads lately.
