Backup Exec 12.5 and Dell Power Vault 124
Hi all
Since a few days I can't move tapes from slots to Mailslot, because I got an error message on drive display: it couldn't eject, because software locked. Even happens if I tried to use export function in software before I try eject on tape drive. If I tried to use export, usually I got message then I could push button on tape drive, but now this message not displayed. If I try cancel export job will display: Cancel pending, and nothing happens... The once way to get back tape drive: restart tape drive system.
Does already meet somebody with this issue?

Goto BE console, Select Drive and UNLOCK.
This will unlock the drive. After this you can eject the tape from that drive.
