I have a Win2003 server with BE 9.1 and a Sony LIB-D81 (Autoloader).
After a driver breakdown and repair BE will not load tapes.
I've verified with Sony Tapetools that the loader and the drive works and BE diagnotics pass all test. BE recognizes that the loader contains tapes but will not mount tapes in the drive.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the library.
For the moment it feels that all I can do now is reinstalling Veritas BE but I would prefer not to do that if possible.
Anyone have any clue to any other thing to try first.
