Hi All,
we have some data bases on our SQL server and one of them needs to be restored urgently.
But every time we run Restore it fails with the followign error message:

Final error: 0xe000846a - The resource could not be restored because an error occurred while connecting to the Backup Exec for Windows Servers Remote Agent.
Make sure that the Remote Agent is installed on the target computer and is running.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Remote Agent is actually installed and running on that SQL server as we are taking back-ups successfully with no errors. It's just Restore that doesn't work....
I found some workaround saying that problem may be related to NDMP port change, but we actually didn't chnage anything. Plus we manually added NDMP - 12000/tcp record to the 'services' file on a media and remote server but it didn't help.
It just looks like media server doesn't see a remote agent for any Restore jobs...please help us to solve this issue if someone have experienced any similar issues.
