Cannot add Certance Ultrium 2 LTO devices to Robotic Library

We are using BU Exec v.91 rev 4691, and currently have a DLT 122T VS80 tape drive operational in the robotic library. We want to replace this with 2 Certance Ultrium 2 LTO drives.
All drives are installed properly and are listed as devices on the device tab. The Certance drives are listed as stand alone drives and the VS80 is in the robotic library.
We are unable to add the drives to the robotic library. Is there a limitation of a single drive when using the robotic library?
