I have a V10.0 server on 10.255.255.10 and a windows server agent installed on a pc on a second network, with address 10.29.0.104
The two networks are connected through a Checkpoint firewall which has ports 1024 to 1031 and port 10000 open for tcp between the two machines.
Under tools/options/network & firewall I have set media server ports to 1024-1028 and remote agent ports to 1029 to 1031. Enable agent using tcp is also checked.
When creating a job to backup the server on .104 I create a user defined selection, put in the UNC name for .104, put in the admin account & password. But I get the error 'failed to access servername, The directory or files was not found, or could not be accessed.
Whats going wrong?
