The NetBackup Deduplication Multi-Threaded Agent service won't start. we need to resolve it as soon
But no idea how to proceed with the how to check about the MTDA
Could any one help me with it.

Had you uninstall and reinstall netbackup client?
I suggest you to open a case to veritas support.

the steps are:
1. Create a pdde directory in INSTALL_PATH/netbackup/logs/(LINUX) or INSTALL_PATH\veritas\NetBackup\logs\(WINDOWS)
2. restart NetBackup Deduplication Multi-Threaded Agent service
3. check pdde logs
OR
share pdde logs and mtstrm.conf file that located in INSTALL_PATH\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\ost-plugins or INSTALL_PATH/netbackup/bin/ost-plugins
