Open up the selection and check if you can see the Oracle DB. If not, check the following:

1. If you had a trial license for the Oracle DB, make sure it hasn't lapsed, and if it has, then you need to purchase a production license.

2. If you have the DB license, reload it.

3. If you can see the Oracle DB, then deselect the DBs and then reselect them.

Thanks!

...then do step 1 & 2 above. Also make sure the RAWS agent is running and the necessary ports are opened on any existing firewall on that server.

Thanks!

This HKAEDB is clustered by HKAEDBS1 and HKAEDBS2

Currently, Oracle is running in HKAEDBS2

If Oracle is clustered, then add the virtual ip/name of the cluster. Then you should be able to see the Oracle DBs for backup selection.

Please refer to first reply, HKAEDB is clustered but only Q: can be selected

Is the Remote Agent service running on both nodes ?

Have you tried readding the license keys as suggested earlier by CraigV ?

...if you fail over to the other cluster node, can you see the Oracle DB?

Do you mean change cluster node from hkaedbs2 to hkaedbs1 ?

But now still see "Q:" only.

Please advice.

...remove both remote agents off the 2 cluster nodes, reinstall them and check again.

Make sure port 10000 is open on any firewall running.
