Cannot restore from tape

I need to restore some files from a backup tape.  The tape is a few months old.  I know the data is there because I've restored files from this tape before.  Now for when I try to restore, the data resource on the tape has a lock and yellow triangle and the system is saying there's no data associated.  I've imported the tapes, cataloged them and inventoried them.  Nothing I've done works.

I'm using Backup Exec 2010 R3 SP2.

If when you catalog & when you right click on tape & click on restore data what exactly you see can you post the snap of it

Also have you tried this click on tool-option-catalog-uncheck storage based catalog & then try doing the catalog again

I've tried what you suggested, but the results are the same.  I've attaached a print screen of what I see.

Do you have the date range set far enough back to see the backed up data?
