Cannot see Exchange mailboxes or SQL choices

HI

I have recently reinstalled backup exec v10 on two servers and now trying to recreate the back ups. But for some reason i can not see the option to select exchange mail boxes or even sql.

Both servers have same configs..

On the selection section where you chose what drive etc i can not see the option where exchange mail box appears. i can see it on my D drive but cannot see the individual mailboxes

When you re-installed BackupExec did you include the Exchange and SQL agent serials?
