I am using backup exec version 10.0 and I am able to see the local mailboxes but cannot see mailboxes on a user defined selection. I currently have 1 license for microsoft exchange backup so I was thinking the reason I cannot see it was because of a license issue. Can this be the cause? or is there a way to enable this the mailbox exchange on a user-defined selection.
Here is my screen shot. It showes the local "Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes" but not under the user-defined selection. Can someone tell me if I am just missing the licenese or can this even be done?
