I am trying to restore one file from a NAS drive. but I keep getting the following error message"Please insert media 'B2D000748 (FLDR000010)' into the Backup-to-Disk device"
There is no media to insert as it is a network hard drive. I am able to locate the file using restore so it is obviously able to read the drive plus it backs up to it every night.
I have tried it with other files as well but get the same error
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
