Restore Job. Connection with server failed. Hit F5 to retry

 I have problem with Backup exec 11d:

    When I select to restore data, in "Restore Job Properties" I couldn't chose files and folders which I want to restore. "All media" and others tabs have "Connection with server failed. Hit <F5> to retry"

  There is no backup,inventory and catalog jobs problems. No specific error massages in Event log. All Backup exec services running and log on as local system account. Windows 2003 SBS.

I setup Backup exec for Customer.  If  I  don't solve restore issue, Customer will not buy Backup Exec.

Same issue with Backup exec services log on as administrator account.
