I have problem that I configure Microsoft Cluster with serverA and serverB and I decide virtual
name is serverC. But when I try to backup Exchange Database from Media server ,I can't see MICROSOFT EXCHANGE object on serverA serverB or serverC then I can't backup Exchange Database.

I already install software by following

Media server
-Backup Exec 10.0
-Exchange Agent
-System Manager (Console for Exchange)

Exchange server (clustering)
-remote agent for serverA
-remote agent for serverB

And I already Restart Media server, serverA , serverB. Thank you.

Hi,

The licensing needs are as follows:

1) 2 Exchange agent licences - one for each node inserted on the media server

2)Remote Agent for Windows Servers installled on both the nodes.

Which version of Exchange is being used?

Is the Backup Exec account "Exchange Administrator" in the Exchange organisation?

The account should have Domain Admin rights and local administrator rights on the cluster nodes.

The account should have an unique mailbox in Exchange organisation.

Is Port Number 10000 free on the Cluster nodes and Media server?
