Hello, I am trying to catalog tapes that were used to archive data. I successfully inventoried the tapes and Backup Exec correctly identified each one. The problem is when I try to catalog a tape, the job will load the tape and apparently read it for a while. Then there will be no activity and the job doesn't show up as either failed or successful. The job status shows "Device Paused". Job rate and bytes are left blanc. Any idea of what's happening here? I've never seen such thing.
