Catalog operation references a tape drive that I don't have

Hello...I am using B. Exec 2010. Here is my plight.

Scenario

I have a tape I am trying to restore data from. I have cataloged the tape but in doing so, it is referencing data on another tape that I do not have. The way I determined this is when I created a job to restore 'Tape #1'... it "auto-checkmarked" 'Tape #2'. But 'Tape #2' I don't have in my possession.

Question

How do I restore data from a 'Tape #1' without having 'Tape #2'?

Bummmer....so I have to "re-catalog" all the tapes?

When I had the 2 boxes checked they took 20 hours.

Without it checked....it will take sooo much longer.

K....so i started re-cataloging the tapes. (Inventory... then re-catalog)

1st one finished in 5 minutes (originally took 17 hours) The job log said "This backup set has already been cataloged. This backup set may not contain any data"

Then the other tapes all die at about 20 minutes and give the error which seems to be ubiquitous... "Media mount failed. Invalid physical volume library media identifier"
