Change media format

I have several DLT IV tapes that I used in a Dell PowerVault 110T-DLT-VS80 tape drive that I now want to use in a Dell PowerVault DLT IV Autoloader 4000 that has a Quantum 1DLT4000 tape drive in it. Backup Exec reports the drive type for the 110T to be DLT64K (64K,10,0,HU) and the 120T to be DLT32K (32K,10,0,HU). When I put the tapes in and inventory, they all report as "Bad Media". Is there some way to get these tapes to work with the 120T?

DLTx000 and DLT1/VS80 formats are not compatible.
