How I can change the port of Remote Agent? The 10000 is used, and in the services file, not appear NDMP. The version of Backup Exec and Remote Agent is 2010 13.0.

Yup, the above article has the procedure to change the port number in the services file.

Are you getting any error message while taking a backup of the remote server.

After changing the port number do restart the BE remote agent service.

Hope this link will help you http://support.veritas.com/docs/255174

Yes, port 10000 is used by other application. The problem is in the services file, it hasn't NDMP line.

On the remote server you may make an entry of the NDMP with a port number which is not used by any other application.

Do you mean to manually edit the services file adding an entry for the NDMP service?

What is the issue that you are facing because NDMP line will never be there in the services as by default remote agent talks on port 10000. So unless and until you want to change it then only we have to put that entry in the services. It is recommeneded not to change NDMP settings and change the port for the other application to use some other port instead of changing the NDMP port in the services.
