Citrix Document ID: 249714 has the right symptom, but it not the cause

I have the exact message talked about in Document ID 249714. http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/249714.htm

However, the mailboxes that are not being backed up are real mailboxes that users log in to. They've not been deleted and have accounts associated with them. I cannot delete the mailboxes, and I need to have them backed up. Any suggestions?

Example: V-79-57344-65033 - Directory not found. Cannot backup directory Doe, Shane and its subdirectories

Not much you can do as the mailbox needs to be enabled to be able to be backed up by a mailbox backup.

I take it you are still doing Information Store backups? This will backup the mailbox for you still - just be a bit more work in order to restore it.

Hello,

Please refer to the following technote:

Backup of Microsoft Exchange mailboxes fails with error "V-79-57344-65033 - Directory not found. Cannot backup directory ? and its subdirectories."

Hope it helps you.
