Cleaning Media: How do I reset the Number of Cleanings?

Just like the subject says.  I have loaded a new cleaning tape into the Robot but the "number of cleanings" still says 88 which is beyond the spec of the tape.  Thus I keep getting an error stating that the tape has expired even though the cleaning tape is new.

NOTE:  I already clicked the "reset cleaning statistics" button, but this did not resolve the issue.

Hi Ryan -

Have you tried recycling the Backup Exec services?

What is the current date and version of your tape device drivers in Windows Device Manager?
