Hello,

Any good documents out there from Veritas on Best Practices for backing up a Microsoft Cluster Server?

The Administrator's guide from page 680 onwards has the info you need.

Basically, you want to include the following in your selection list:
The local disks on each physical node name.
The shared disks on each virtual server name.
Any shared databases (SQL, Exchange, etc) through the virtual server name.

The same is true of VCS clusters.
