Configuring Backup Exec 10.1 with MS Exchange 2003

I am trying to set-up a back-up of our new MS Exchange 2003 server. I am a novice with Exchanhe and can'y see to get BE to logon to Exchange evethough I created an account with AD (Active Directory).

Our BE system logon is a Domain Admin (as well as Backup Operator), and can see Exchange fine.

Does the user you created have local Admin permissions on your Exchange server?
