Below is the error I get when I tried to start Backup Exec job Engine. This is simply a stand alone server running Windows 2003 SP2 and BackEXEC services are running under Administrator. All other services start without an issue but Backup Exec job Engine could not be started. This happen after I upgrade Windows 2k3 SP1 to SP2 and I have confirmed that Windows Firewall is disable. I created another Local Admin account and tried running the service under that account but still couldn't run. Can somebody please point me the direction on what to look at?
