Create a new back up

When I want to create a new back up (new server back up exec 2010r2),

I can't, the backup exec can't find the local hard drive

What is the status of Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows systems service? If it is stopped start the service and try creating the backup job.

Make sure that the BESA has all the rights given in the document below

especially the "logon as batch" rights.

Even with an administrator account, there are different levels of rights and also your domain policy may remove some of the rights that are required by BE.  For example, you can have an administrator who cannot logon as batch. Check the document above and make sure that the BESA has all the required rights.
