Create sequential backup jobs

How can I create sequential backup jobs - ones that do not start until after another finishes? Looking at the Pre-job command and post-job command does not seem to fit the bill.

I have recurring jobs that run more than 1 day and need to have a job start after it. If I schedule the job on a specific day of the month/week, the job may not run simply due to calendaring issues.

With Version 10, you can create a policy to do just that.

In the Policy you would setup a rule to say something like, Run Template 2 job after Template 1 has finished.
Though to use this successfully, both your jobs will need to have the same selection list.

The only other way to do this is to use a post command to runa bemcmd.exe command after the backup finishes.
