Creating Custom Reports

I'd like to create some custom reports using Crystal Reports.

Do I need the login credentials for the BEDB?

I am having difficuly setting up an ODBC datasource for this and I think it is because I do not have this information.

Please help.

What is the procedure you have followed so far and what is the exact problem you are facing for which you might require the backupExec login credentials.
