Hi,
I am trying to configure the BE Remote Agent (Version 12.5) for use with DB2 9.1. On the DB2 tab I select New and complete the fields, on clicking OK I get the message "Unable to validate DB2 instance credentials. Try again.", the user name and password I am using is the DB2 admin account and there are no access problems with it. I have succesfully done this on another DB2 9.1 server without problems.
The DB2 log file contains the following errors, any help in resolving this would be much appreciated.

Hello all,
Has anyone encountered the following error when backing up DB2 ver 9.5FP3a using Symantec Backup Exec 12.5:
2009-03-25-21.28.45.834000+480 E1516F547 LEVEL: Severe
PID : 3160 TID : 360 PROC : beremote.exe
INSTANCE: DB2PPP NODE : 000
EDUID : 360
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, base sys utilities, db2DbDirGetNextEntry, probe:4
DATA #1 : <preformatted>
Application must be updated to call the db2DbDirGetNextEntry API with a current version number in order to retrieve the database directory entry for the
database with alias "PPP" because the downlevel API call is unable to
handle its path of "G:\db2\PPP".
I am running the DB2 database on Windows 2008 x64
Any advise would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jun
