I'm using Backup Exec 11D SP3 and trying to back up a DB2 v9 database. I have configured the remote agent utility on the database server and added the authentication credentials in the DB2 job defaults on the media server. I'm using the FQDN in both places and have confirmed that the DB2 password and Backup Exec passwords are correct.
However, when I start the backup job, the job fails immediately with the following error:
e0000340 - The database script returned an error. Refer to the database script output section in job logs for more details.
Everything that I've found pertaining to this error talks about Oracle or DB2 restores instead of backups and isn't helpful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
