I am running the DLO agent on all of my user computers. Recently users have reported errors popping up saying the program has crashed, or there was a C++ error. I have called $ymantec to no avail, the only thing I have found that fixes the problem is turning OFF my $ymantec AV on the user machines. Shouldn't software from the SAME COMPANY be compatible with each other? Turning off the SAV to get the DLO to run without crashing is NOT acceptable, neither is turning off the DLO to run the AV. I thought I would try a post on this forum as a last ditch effort. Has anybody seen this or know how to fix it? I have the latest version of 11d installed and am running the latest dlo agent version.
