I deployed about 5 agents yesterday, throughout the day. All was working well.
Then around 4 PM all of the DLO agents went to disabled. All clients now say:
"The software is either not configured or has been disabled by your administrator."
Between the time the first agent worked and they all became disabled, I made no changed to the user profile.
Checked:
- All computers in DLO are enabled
- All users in DLO are enabled
- All users use the same profile, which was enabled
- Before all became disabled, data was backed-up
- I didn't install any new hardware/software on server
- I tried turning off our firewall
- Client run XP firewall with 10000, 10001 and file and print sharing open
- Checked client and sevrer system and application event logs -- nothing
