DLO - Encryption Key

Greetings,

When attempting to restore a DLO backup, I am getting errors that the encryption key is invalid. I have attempted to reset a recovery password and to do an emergency restore.

BE is ver 10.d and the data folders are on a separate server to the DLO server. All Windows 2003 with all patches & SP's loaded.

All help is appreciated.

In order to perform the restore, you will need to know the Master password that was created when DLO was installed.

Thank you - we worked around this issue but will ensure that the initial master password is included in our internal documentation.
