am having ALOT of difficulties with the DLO agent on 11d.
having followed the advise on this thread:

i was able to get the DLO client to see the backup exec server.
i managed to get one laptop to work correctly, but have since tried to setup two further laptops but am getting the below message:
Disabled - There is a problem withe the configuration on this computer.The desktop agent will remain disabled until the problem has been corrected by your administrator. Your administrator has been notified.
i have uninstalled, deleted any leftover registry keys, reinstalled a couple of times but am still stuck.
i never had any problems liek this with version 9.1
