DLO storage-Offline

I had a USB2 hard drive connected to back up unit and the power to the hard drive got disconnected. After reconnecting the drive the desktop's DLO agent would stay offline even after restarting the services and even the server. Any thoughts?

What have you installed on the USB drive?


Do you have any other drives or disks on the workstation ?


Kindly reinstall the Dlo Agent..
