DLO tmp.vrtsclsignore files in user data folder

DLO leaves .tmp.vrtsclsignore files in network user data folder. These files remain on the backup dbx files. Delta files transfer option is enabled in the profile.

In folders are files for the few months ago. Is possible that maintenance service is not working properly?

Do you have anti-virus scanning the NUDF folder??

Try to exclude the NUDF folder from anti-virus On Access scanning and then check if the tmp files are still present.
