Dedup Storage Discovery Failure

Hi,

Does anyone know why our dedup storage's discovery fail?  We tried to reboot the server many times without success.  We don't have any antivirus software running other than the default and the path is on the exclusion list.

local storage ? you can check Windows event log for any warning/error message.

No, iscsi storage and the drive is accessible under windows without any issues.  Chkdsk /f shows no error messages.

No errors shown on Windows event logs as well.
