Deduplicate Backup Job is not backing up anything

I have enabled the deduplicate server side function on a Backup Exec job. It ran fine for the first few weeks I then enabled DFS on the server and now its just shows DFSrPrivate under the drive and nothing else but DFS system files like staging. Its stopped backing up my file server... I have no idea how to resolve this or why it is happening, help would be greatly apreciated.

DFSR folders are backed up via the Shadow Copy Comonents not via the File System (Drive letter) selections

An Actrive File Exlcusion will automatically exclude anything inside the DFSR folder without writing any error message into the job logs.
