We got Problems with the Backup on a Windows 2000 (full patched) Server. Problem with 9.0 and now after full de / installation of 9.1(4691) is that the Backup starts 24 hours after it shoud have started.

Ursprüngliche Startzeit: Mittwoch, 5. Oktober 2005 23:00:00
Auftrag gestartet : Donnerstag, 6. Oktober 2005 23:00:03
Auftrag beendet : Freitag, 7. Oktober 2005 05:00:11Verstrichene Zeit : 06:00:08

We have already changed the Backup Job (delete and new) but there is still the 24 hour problem. Changed Libary an tapes.

Has anyone a hint for me ?

Did you try a backup-to-disk? If it works, maybe there is some issue with your tape/lib/scsi.

Did the job change to ready or queued state? , or it just keeps "scheduled" in that 24 hours, from the intended to start, until the time backup begins?

Hello,
Please verify that you have the latest tape drivers and firmware. run the SGMon utility after you launch the job to debug the backup.
