We just installed the trial version of 11d and it does not see the Dell 136T library but sees all the drives fine. The library option is installed on the server. Is there a step we are missing.
I had the same problem in 10 with my dell 124t until I installed all the patches / driver packs. Have you installed all the fixes? You can find them here:
Thanks, I applied both hotfixes2,6 with no luck. Saw some errors in application event viewer regrading problem with Changer driver. Decided to remove Backup Exec completely and reinstall. The reinstall worked.
Glad uou were able to get it fixed. If you didn't push out new agents after installing the hotfixes you may wish to do so. Uninstall the old agents and reboot, then push new ones out. That way you get the patched agents on the servers.
