Desktop & Laptop Backup problem -- Failed to backup somme pst files

The error message: "D:\xxx\xxx.pst\xxx\xxx FAILED to copy to the network user data folder 80040119"

The error message occour to nearly all user. Most of the pst files is able to be backup, parts of pst is not to be backup. And there is no fix pattern for the error such as long name, stange file type and so on.

Anyone have some idea, how to solve it?

How many clients are you backing up? Refer to the following technote:

"Error 8007046a: Failed to copy the network user data folder" when backing up approximately 300 or more clients with the VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) Desktop and Laptop
