Job Engine crashes immediately after service start

In need of a little help here, i have trolled the forums to find a case similar tho this one, there are many cases that say about the Job Engine failing but ours will not even stay started.

Every time we restart the service & refresh it the service has stopped again.

I have tried a repair & installed the SP1 but with no Joy and suggestions would be helpful, also this is our SSO so uninstalling doesn't really seem to be an option, i have attached the event from the Application Log

Faulting application bengine.exe, version 10.1.5629.23, faulting module beimage.dll, version 10.1.5629.23, fault address 0x0002071d.

So is it safe to assume no one has any idea what could be causing this then ?

Hello Martin,

- We assume Backupexec is installed on your Primary SSO server.
- Also that the SSO license is installed.

Could you tell us:
- If you tried a Repair DB or a Repair Install?
- Are you getting this Problem right from the start of Installing the Application?
- Do you get any other errors that pop up while starting the service?
- Could you put the Service in Debug Mode and let us know what the error you see in the debug log saved under the logs folder under program files/backupexec/NT.
