Desktop and laptop otion

I have a clinet with a 2-workstation and one server setup. He has the desktop and laptop option (75 workstation) installed for this yet I cannot select the entire machine for the second workstation.

This seems like the wrong product. I just want to be able to backup both workstations entirely along with the server.

-Do you want to completely backup remote workstations ?
-We assume that you want to backup the whole data including the System state.

If that is the case then you need to install agents on these workstations.Because DLO option you will be able to perform only file level backup.

If the Operating system happens to be Windows 2000 Professional, XP Professional then you need to install the remote agent.

For backing up remote server you need to install remote agent on it and also will require remote agent license to be registered on the backup server.
