Job Status Recovered - Cannot Duplicate

Hello, Every Friday, I have a large job (usually about 260 GB ) to disk (3 GB bkf files). This job usually fails, stating "Job Status - Recovered" in grey.

The size of the data backed up is right, but the text is in grey. When I look at the Backup to disk files, I can see data was written to the the bkf files - but I have to inventory each file to be able to view the data.

Also, the automatic duplication job fails to run.

What's up? - and how can I fix it without rerunning the job (which usually fails again....).

We suggest you to install Service pack 1 and Hotfix 14 as mentioned in the Technote below,

As per our previous reply, marking the case as "assumed answered" and moving it to "answered questions" pool.
