Desktop clients

I am unsuccessful in installing desktop clients remotely. I am also unsuccessful in getting the clients registered in Backup Exec. All of the desktop client menu items are grayed out.

What do I need to do in order to backup desktop clients, in particular Windows XP clients.

Make sure that you have properly installed the DLO client licenses for the remote server.
