Device Configuration Error

I'm facing the problem " device configuration error " everytime i reboot the Backup Exec 10.0 server and tape library not functioning .

Below is the error log :

Storage device configuration error

The Tape library i'm using is HP StorageWorks 1/8 autoloader " , This device detected in the system as unknown changer , HP engineer said even this autoloader detected as unknown changer is working fine.

Hello,

This error is encountered when a device driver is not installed for the device, or when the application is unable to communicate with the device for any other reason, like a corrupted or outdated driver installation.

We suggest you to download the latest Veritas drivers.
