After upgrading the tape drive firmware in my TL895 library, every job I start goes immediately into a Device Paused status, even before selecting a tape drive. I used L&TT to upgrade the firmware and it worked. L&TT diagnostics indicate everything is well. Backup Exec 7.3 show all 4 drives and says they're online and ready. One of the drives was already at the new firmware level so I know it's compatible. What am I missing?
