Device drive offline and disappears

Hope someone can help. All of our Windows 2003 Enterprise servers are running Backup Exec 9.0 rev 4367 then about a month ago, half of the servers had issues running their scheduled backups. We looked at the devices and they were offline. Tried placing them online through the console was no help. Confirmed with the different server groups and the devices were definitely online. Looked at Device Manager and the drives were there and found. Rebooted everything and still no go. Then we deleted and tried to create new pool and the console could not find the device. We also removed the device from device manager and rebooted to have it autodetect which it did but Backup Exec console still did not find it.So now we are stuck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Once you deleted it, you'l need to rerun the Device Configuration Wizard from within the GUI to ad it back in.

Just on General Purposes, I would suggest the upgrade to v9.1 it's free and will accept all your v9.0 serials

v9.1.4691.1 here
