Backup Exec version 10 Rev 5484. I applied hotfix listed above and lost all devices. I am running this on a Dell Poweredge server and Windows 2003. The tape drive is installed and working. It runs properly with MS Backup tool. Attempting to install device pool or device in Backup Exec and no devices are available. If I attempt to install Veritas only driver the device is found and drivers are installed but the device is never available for backup. This has been running fine for about a year until this update.
I have removed and reinstalled the tape drive. Removed and reinstalled all veritas drivers. Attemped with the deivce enable and disabled for sharing in Component Mgmt.
