Differential and Full Backups?

I currently have several backup jobs running each night and writing to the same tape. However one job is 133 GB and is no longer feasible to keep this as a full backup. Is it possible to make this job a differential backup while leaving the others as full? Are there any other ideas for a better solution to this problem?

Sure, from the Job Monitor tab, right click the job\properties and change from there. (If you change from the Jobs tab, it will create a new scheduled job)
